Your rights under this policy are in addition to the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind
We are not required by law to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. However, we will consider change-of-mind returns for unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery, at our discretion. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Opened products
For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are faulty or unsafe.

We will respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
