Vitalium Supplements is an Australian-owned business operating from Queensland, Australia. Our products are classified as Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods under the Food Standards Code, Standard 2.9.4.

2. Product information

All Vitalium products are Formulated Supplementary Sports Foods. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Not suitable for children under 15 years of age or pregnant women. Should only be used under medical or dietetic supervision where relevant.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes vary by location. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded. Where a statutory guarantee applies, our liability is limited to replacing or repairing the goods, or resupplying the services, at our discretion.
